By using Jaguar Pharmacy services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Jaguar Pharmacy Services
Jaguar Pharmacy provides pharmacy services through its licensed compounding pharmacy and pharmacists. Jaguar Pharmacy makes customized medication simple and accessible. We prepare high-quality compounded prescriptions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, and we offer transparent pricing, convenient refills, and discreet delivery right to your door. Jaguar Pharmacy serves residents of Florida. In addition, Jaguar Pharmacy provides personalized solutions such as specialized dosage forms, flavoring options, and adherence support to make therapy easier. Our pharmacists are available for consultations and guidance. You must be over 18 to sign up for Jaguar Pharmacy services. If you are a parent, caregiver, or prescriber, we can help you manage prescriptions for children or animals under your care. Signing up is quick, it takes just a few minutes, and we will ask for information about patients, prescriptions, health history, and any special needs related to patient’s compounded medications.
Privacy of Your Health Information
Jaguar Pharmacy complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all other applicable privacy laws. We safeguard your medication history, health conditions, and other protected health information (PHI). Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use, disclose, and allow access to your PHI, and you should review it carefully.
Health-Related Content
Any health-related content that Jaguar Pharmacy provides, including product descriptions, dosage information, warnings, and potential drug interactions, is offered for general informational purposes only. This content is not a substitute for medical advice. You should consult your prescriber or pharmacist if you have any questions about your medications or health conditions.
Payment Obligations
All compounded medications are cash-based services and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. You agree to pay Jaguar Pharmacy for all compounded prescriptions and related services at the prices in effect at the time of dispensing. If you experience difficulty paying, please contact us at (850) 900-9700 to discuss payment plan options (not to exceed 90 days).
Communications
You consent to receive communications (including emails, texts, and calls) regarding prescriptions, deliveries, or service updates. By providing your contact details, you authorize Jaguar Pharmacy to contact you or your prescriber for prescription verification, refill coordination, and therapy updates.
Patient Consent and Prescription Transfers
By using Jaguar Pharmacy services, you authorize us to contact prescribers and prior pharmacies as needed to obtain medical or prescription records. All referrals are accepted without incentives, in compliance with state and federal law. You acknowledge that compounded medications are prepared under a prescriber’s order and may not have undergone FDA approval.
Access, Suspension, and Termination
Jaguar Pharmacy may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. If these Terms are updated, we will post the revised version on our website and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Jaguar Pharmacy services or website for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities. You may not post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material, nor may you use automated tools to access or copy content without authorization. Any materials you submit must be lawful and must not infringe on the rights of others. By submitting content, you grant Jaguar Pharmacy a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt the material in connection with our services. We may remove any content at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, designs, and other content on the Jaguar Pharmacy website or services are owned by or licensed to Jaguar Pharmacy. You may use this content for your personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaguar Pharmacy is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. In no event shall Jaguar Pharmacy’s total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict- of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida unless otherwise required by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and related notices, form the entire agreement between you and Jaguar Pharmacy. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver.
